At Taylor’d Apparel, every order is custom-made with care. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how orders are fulfilled and delivered.

➤ Processing & Production Time
All orders are made to order. Production begins once full payment has been received and final artwork has been approved. Our standard turnaround time for finished products is 10–12 business days, not including shipping time.

➤ Shipping Methods
We offer shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and delivery timeline.

➤ Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included on your invoice based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

➤ Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

➤ Shipping Delays
Taylor’d Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

➤ Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Taylor’d Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

➤ Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Taylor’d Apparel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist in providing necessary documentation.

➤ Local Pickup Option
Customers may choose local pickup at our Sherman, Texas location. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup.

Pick up times are Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-6:00PM, Friday by Appointment Only.
