Our process is as follows;

  1. Design - this will be worked on with our design team and you as a customer to guarantee we are on the same page and get your approval before testing.
  2. Digital mockup sent for approval.
  3. Once approved, items will be sent into full production.

For embroidery, these additional steps will be taken prior to production.

  1. One(1) full design mock up on item sent for approval.
  2. Full production once the single test item is approved. We will not move forward with full production until the test item is approved.
